Payment
Full payment is required upfront before I begin working. Your commission slot is confirmed once payment has been received.
Any commercial usage fee or additional work agreed upon during the commission must also be paid before the corresponding work is delivered.
Revisions & changes
Your commission includes two revision stages:
- One revision during the sketch stage.
- One revision after the lineart and base colors.
Minor corrections and reasonable color adjustments during the second revision are included. If a request made after the first revision requires a significant amount of work to be redone, an additional fee of $5–$10 USD may apply, depending on the complexity of the change.
If you are unsure whether a change is included, please ask me directly before requesting it.
Turnaround
The usual turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the type and complexity of the commission.
Completion may take longer if I have a large commission queue, if the project is especially complex, or if unexpected delays occur. I will communicate meaningful delays whenever possible.
Cancellations & refunds
A full refund is available only if I have not started working on the commission.
Once work has begun, the payment becomes non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the commission for reasons on my side, I will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund.
Usage & copyright
The client retains ownership of their original character. The commission purchases a finished illustration and a personal-use license; it does not transfer the copyright or authorship of the artwork.
I retain authorship and copyright over the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio and social media. If your commission must remain private for a specific period, please discuss this with me before payment.
Commercial use requires prior agreement and an additional fee. Commercial use includes using the artwork to promote a business, brand or monetized project, or placing it on products intended for sale.
Without my prior written permission, the client may not:
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify, trace or heavily edit the artwork.
- Remove my signature or claim the artwork as their own.
- Use the artwork for AI training, AI generation, machine-learning datasets or similar technologies.
Accepted content
I primarily accept SFW furry and character artwork. Mildly suggestive content may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Please ask before paying if your idea includes sensitive, explicit or unusual subject matter. I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable creating.
Communication & inactivity
Please provide clear references and reply within a reasonable time when feedback or approval is needed.
If the client becomes unresponsive after work has started, the payment remains non-refundable. After two contact attempts and 14 days without a response, I may complete the commission based on the latest approved version and the information originally provided.
Changes requested after the commission has been completed due to client inactivity may require an additional fee.
